Refund policy

Partial Payment COD includes packaging and courier charges. Hence this amount is Non-Refundable.

We offer 7 days refunds / replacements in all these 3 following cases:

  1. You received a wrong shipment
  2. You received a damaged product
  3. You received an expired product

In any of the above case, please raise a return/ replacement request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorsteps and the refund will be issued.
